Cancellation conditions

If a reservation is canceled via the website www.egmondholiday.nl, cancellation costs are due. These cancellation costs amount to: 25% of the total rent if canceled more than 71 days before the agreed day of arrival; 50% of the total rent if canceled within 70 to 31 days before the agreed day of arrival; 100% of the total rental price in case of cancellation less than 31 days before the agreed day of arrival.

If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without further notice, this is considered a cancellation in which case 100% of the rental price is due.
